Patricia obtained her yoga instructor certification from the Florida Yoga Institute and is certified to ‘Teach Yoga to Seniors’ by the Duke University Integrative Medicine Center.  The Duke training included special considerations for safely teaching students of any age with a wide variety of medical conditions and physical limitations and challenges. She has worked with students with injuries and post-surgery, with scoliosis, Parkinson's disease, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, blood pressure problems, digestive problems, joint replacement, osteoporosis, arthritis, depression, sleep problems and anxiety, and in palliative care.  She studies qigong with Grandmaster Fu Wei Zhong, the lineage holder of the Emei School of Qigong, one of the largest qigong schools in China.  Patricia studied Esoteric Healing for over 4 years.  She has extensively studied the physics, metaphysics, and biophysics of wellness for over 30 years including: Biogeometry (Egypt); Bach Flower remedies; the I Ching, Feng Shui, 5-element theory, acupressure and Buddhism (China); nutrition; iridology; meditation; sound healing; and color healing - among other gateways to understanding and nurturing a balanced emotional, mental and physical Way of being. 

She is also a fan of Shakespeare, Ralph Waldo Emerson, William Blake, Joseph Campbell, Eckart Tolle and Abraham.
