Yoga
Private Yoga Class 1 hour or 1.5 hours
Group Yoga Class 1.5 hours
Beginners welcome! All ages, all abilities, all levels will benefit from this gentle yoga practice. Focus on gently strengthening, increasing flexibility, and learning to calm the body & mind. Flow of poses varies. Class includes instruction, posture assists, modifications and suggestions for those with limitations or challenges, and a 10 - 15 minute meditation. One hour classes have shorter warm-ups and shorter meditation.
Qigong
Group Qigong Class 1 hour
Focus on breathing and the flow of qi (life force) through the body, naturally coming into resonance with your own perfect self-healing abilities. I call this Starlight Wellness! Quiet the mind, balance the body. Flow of postures varies. Beginners welcome!
Wuji Gong Instruction for beginners 20 minutes
Suggested prior to attending the Wuji Gong practice. 30 minutes of instruction in Wuji Gong for beginners, includes some basic principles of qi in the body and the benefits of Qigong. Please schedule a time to meet with Patricia, just prior to a practice would generally be convenient.
Wuji Gong Practice 45 minutes
Guided moving meditation that repeats each week allowing deeper and deeper experiences as you become familiar with the practice – 30 minutes of instruction is suggested prior attending to prepare you to appreciate the benefits of the practice. Wuji Gong is much simpler than Tai Qi and extremely powerful as a self-healing practice. Wuji Gong is easily learned for home practice, and CD’s and DVD's of the practice being led by Grandmaster Fu Wei Zhong, lineage holder of the Emei School of Qigong, are available.

2-Hour Self-Healing Consultation, Yoga, Qigong & Esoteric Healing $ 100
This consultation is both healing and educational!
Drawing from the teachings and techniques of Yoga, Qigong, and Esoteric Healing ~

~ working with the chakras, the meridians and the physical and energetic bodies ~
~ learn about and experience the 'new' vibrational healing paradigm
that has been re-discovered by modern quantum science.
Patricia will teach you how to observe your body and mind
and respond with informed compassion to facilitate your healing.
You will learn that you are already being guided to heal yourself on every level.
Feng Shui Consultation Including 2 hours on site $ 200
A Consultation includes an initial on-site visit (approx 1 hour), preparation and analysis of Flying Star Feng Shui chart and a written Report of Recommendations to be provided to client, and another on-site consultation (1 hour) to present, review and explain chart and recommendations. Report of Recommendations includes specific suggestions for applying the principles of Feng Shui to bring your home or business more into alignment with the natural energies of time and space that are inherent, both enhancing the positive possibilities and reducing any negative influences. Up to four 'noted occupants' will be specifically addressed as to their individual Feng Shui 'ming gua' as they apply to the location chart. Also included is a 30-minute follow-up phone consultation to resolve any questions or concerns. Additional time will be $25 per hour. Client to provide correct and to-scale site plan (can be sketched), floor plan drawing to scale with basic dimensions of all spaces (can be sketched), year house/building was built (roof), and birthdays and constellation (mother, 2nd son, CFO, CEO, etc) of 'noted occupants', if desired.
Feng Shui - short analysis Including 1 hour on site $ 100
A Short Analysis includes an initial on-site visit (approx 30 minutes), preparation and analysis of Flying Star Feng Shui chart and recommendations for only the most influential energies in the chart. The chart and verbal summary of recommendations will be provided to client and discussed at a final on-site consultation (approx 30 minutes). Additional time will be $25 per hour. Client to provide correct and to-scale site plan (can be sketched), floor plan drawing to scale with basic dimensions of all spaces (can be sketched), and year house/building was built (roof), and birthday of client.
