I have a 200-hour certification from the Florida Yoga Institute and am
certified to Teach Yoga to Seniors by the Duke University Integrative Medicine Center.
The Duke training included special considerations for safely teaching students of any age
with a wide variety of medical conditions and physical limitations and challenges.
For example, I have worked with students with scoliosis, Parkinson's disease,
fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, joint replacement, osteoporosis, and arthritis.

Feng Shui Consultations
Feng Shui (fung-schway) is translated from the Chinese to mean "wind and water".
It is a 4000+ year old Chinese method for living 'in harmony with nature' that was once available only to the Emperors of China and their courts and households. Today, the ancient Feng Shui wisdom is being employed by individuals, international banks and businesses, architects, interior designers, the United Nations in NYC, and even entire cities like Hong Kong. Feng Shui creates balance and harmony in homes, businesses,
architectural design, interior design, and exterior landscaping.
When we are living in balance and harmony with nature,
all areas of our lives are balanced and prosperous!
The consultations I offer are based on four years of study of the
ancient art of Feng Shui with a Chinese Master of Feng Shui, Master Joseph Yu,
in both Toronto and Paris, France.
The ancient wisdom, Flying Star Feng Shui, considers many, many variables
such as yin & yang energies, 5-element theory, cycles & periods of time,
compass direction, and natural exterior features, as well as the
personal energies of those that live and work in the home or business.
In contrast, Americanized versions of the ancient teachings of
Feng Shui concern themselves primarily with assigning labels
such as Romance, Family and Wealth to particular areas of a space
and placing objects and colors in the area to support the aspect assigned.
This is a simplified approach that has merit, but simplified merit.
